Wool Craft for the Blind or Vision Impaired

Vision Australia has put together a page of hints to assist knitters and crocheters who are blind or vision impaired. There are also some great hints for those with full vision or just learning to knit or crochet.

Woolcraft at the Australian Sheep & Wool Show 
My Mum, 95, is blind and has recently taken up knitting again since Dad passed away, I am wondering if there is any way I can make it easier for her or anything I can buy to assist her. At the moment she is doing it by feel and it is quite slow.
